What we collect

When you book or contact us we collect your name, phone number, email, service address, payment information, and any access notes you give us.

How we use it

We use your information to schedule your cleaning, process payment, send service confirmations and reminders, send a post-service photo report, and follow up about future service. We don't sell your data.

Who we share with

Limited information goes to our payment processor (Stripe), our messaging provider, and any scheduling integrations you authorize (e.g. Airbnb calendar). We never share your information for marketing purposes.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, request deletion, or opt out of marketing emails at any time by emailing sunshinecleaningjaxllc@gmail.com.
